The Quick-Neuron™ Mixed SeV Kit allows differentiated neurons to be rapidly and efficiently produced from human embryonic stem cells and induced pluripotent stem cells within 10 days. Unlike other products on the market that take nearly a month or longer to generate results, Quick-Neuron™ Mixed quickly produces neurons while remaining easy to use, convenient, and efficient. Differentiation into multi-types of neurons can be confirmed with anti-TUBB3 (tubulin-β3, a global marker for neurons), anti-vGLUT1 (vesicular Glutamate transporter 1, a glutamatergic neuron marker), anti-ChAT (choline acetyltransferase, a cholinergic neuron marker), anti-TH (Tyrosine hydroxylase, a dopaminergic neuron marker), anti-GAD67 (glutamate decarboxylase 1, 67 kDa isoform (GAD1/GAD67, a GABAergic neuron marker), anti-TPH2 (Tryptophan hydroxylase 2, a serotonergic neuron marker) antibodies.
