The Quick-Trilineage™ Differentiation Kit allows researchers to assess the pluripotency of their embryonic stem cell (ESC) and induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) lines in one week. The kit matches the in vivo teratoma formation test to see if all three germ layers can be produced from the ESC/iPSC in question. In this case, neurons, muscle cells, and hepatocytes are rapidly and efficiently produced from human ESCs and iPSCs within one week from a single assay. Unlike other products on the market that take nearly a month or longer to generate results, the Quick-Trilineage™ Differentiation Kit quickly produces differentiated cells while remaining easy to use, convenient, and efficient. The kit contains enough reagents to use for 6 wells (2 wells for each tissue) of a 24-well plate.
