Immuno-staining images of cultures of Mixed Neurons derived from CW50065 iPS cell line after 7 days from thawing. vGLUT1, a glutamatergic neuron marker, is used for here as an example. There are more expressed neural markers including ChAT (a cholinergic neuron marker), TH (a dopaminergic neuron marker), PVALB (a GABAergic neuron marker), and TPH2 (a serotonergic neuron marker).
